Connect your Microsoft Teams account with HappyFox Workflows to automate related actions in your business process. With this integration, you can automatically allow approvers to indicate their decision from within Microsoft Teams, and more!
Here’s how you complete the setup:
- Login to HappyFox Workflows
- On the left pane, under the Apps section click MS Teams
- Click Authorize MS Teams button

- Sign in to your MS Teams admin account
- Click Accept to grant the permissions.
- Now open your MS Teams account and click on Apps
- Search for HappyFox Workflows
- Click Add
- Once it is installed, click on the Apps
icon on the left pane and click on HappyFox Workflows - Now click on the down arrow next to Open and click Add to a team.
- Choose the channel in which you would like to add the Workflows bot.

- With this, the integration between MS Teams and HappyFox Workflows is complete.

Send Channel Message
Posts a message to a specific channel inside a Microsoft Teams team. The message body can contain HTML — the integration automatically converts it to MS Teams Markdown before delivery.

Send Direct Message
Sends a private (direct) message to a specific Microsoft Teams member. The integration looks up the member's conversation ID from the account's synced member list, creates or reuses an existing direct conversation with the bot, and then delivers the message. The message body can contain HTML — it is automatically converted to MS Teams Markdown before delivery.
