Slack integration with Workflows enables seamless communication and collaboration, empowering users to automate tasks and streamline processes efficiently. With this integration, you can automatically notify a channel or an individual, allow approvers to respond from within Slack, and more!
Here’s how you can complete the setup

Login to HappyFox Workflows

On the left pane, under the Apps section, click Slack

Click Authorize

On the top right, Choose the required Slack Workspace

Choose a channel under the section Where should HappyFox Workflows post? (P.S Workflows is added to this channel to finish the integration, however you can add more channels later)

Click Allow to complete the setup.
8. Now go to your Slack Workspace
9. Click on the '+' icon within the Slack->Apps Section
10. Now search for HappyFox Workflows and click Add.
11. The integration between Slack and HappyFox Workflows is now complete.
Using Slack Actions within your Workflows:
- While building your workflows in Happyfox, navigate to the Actions dropdown menu.
- Choose the Slack app from the list of available apps, then choose your preferred action.
- By default, you will see the list of public channels where you can send messages.
- Select the desired channel from the dropdown to send your message.
- To send messages to a private channel, open your Slack workspace.
- Click on the Private channel where you want to send the messages.
- Next, click on the down arrow next to the channel name to open the channel settings.
- From the settings menu, click on the Integrations tab.
- Click on Add Apps and search for Happyfox Workflows.
- Once you find it, click on Add to successfully add Happyfox Workflows to the private channel.
- After adding Happyfox Workflows to the private channel, you will now see this private channel listed under the Slack actions in your workflows.
