You can make use of the HappFox Billing Portal to make certain changes to your HappyFox subscription. List of currently supported subscription changes via the Billing Portal:
- Increasing agent count.
- Upgrading your subscription plan.
- Increasing billing period (Monthly to Annual).
Note 📝: The above self-serve billing actions are available only on Credit Card paying subscriptions. If you see a message "Contact billing@happyfox.com" on the subscription tile, then please contact us for making any changes.
To perform these changes, navigate to your Billing Portal, visit your HappyFox Subscription details and click "Customize" adjacent to Current plan. In the subsequent slider, you will be able to increase your agent count and/or billing period.
