This guide explains how to add a credit card to your HappyFox subscription. Adding, or deleting a credit card does not automatically change the account used for automatic recurring payments. Please visit subscriptions section to activate/update subscriptions.
Permission Alert 🔐: Only Account Administrators and agents with "Manage Billing" Permission can visit the billing page and add a credit card.
Step-by-step instructions to add your credit card:
- Log in to the agent portal.
- Click Billing from the Module Switcher.
- Navigate to the "Credit Card" section from the left navigation.
- Click "+" button to add a new card.
- Specify info like cardholder name, card number, expiry date, CVV, and Pincode (if required).
- Check the "Set as default" checkbox if you want this card to be the default card for your subscription.
- Accept the "Terms & Conditions" and "Privacy Policy" and click "Save" to add a credit card.
Deleting a saved credit card or making a credits card as default
Once you have successfully added a credit card to your subscription, you can delete it or make them as default through the actions available.
