How to change the timezone and language of my helpdesk account?

HappyFox allows you to set the "Timezone" and "Language" settings, which will be set to every new agent added to your support system.

 

🔐 These settings are available only for Account Administrator.

 

Change Time and Language settings:

  • Navigate to Module switcher >> Manage >> Account Settings >> Basic. 
  • Under the Basic Settings, you can choose your time zone from the Default Time Zone drop-down box.
  • Choose the language from the Language drop-down box. Once you are done, click on the Save Settings button, to record your changes.

In cases where a specific agent works from a different timezone or requires a different language setting, such personal preferences can be set by going into My Settings from the agent panel.
