A navigation inside HappyFox, suggesting the agent to complete an action.

A redirection to a Knowledge Base article, for further reading on that feature.

Where are App Suggestions?
Look out for Glowing Bulb icon on the top bar:
Note: Agents get personalized notifications, based on their role.
Dismissing Suggestions:
If you're already familiar with a feature or if you've completed a suggestion, you can choose to dismiss it and that suggestion will not be visible to you again.
