The AI Agent Marketplace

The AI Agent Marketplace is where you can explore, evaluate, and hire AI Agents to automate actions and decision-making across your helpdesk. 

It serves as the central hub for discovering all available AI Agents in HappyFox, each built for a specific purpose from managing ticket responses to identifying duplicate issues.

 


Accessing the AI Agent Marketplace

To access the Marketplace:

  1. Navigate to the Autopilot section from your HappyFox sidebar.
     
  2. Select the AI Agent Marketplace tab

 


Understanding the Marketplace Layout

The Marketplace displays all available AI Agents in an easy-to-browse format, organized by collections, skills, industries, and integrations.

1. Agent Cards

Each AI Agent appears as a card showing:

  • Agent Name - The name of the AI Agent (e.g., Translation Agent).
     
  • Skill Level Indicator - A five-bar meter representing the agent’s sophistication. More filled bars indicate higher capability or complexity.
     
  • Description - A short summary explaining what the agent does.
     
  • Skills - Small tags that highlight what the agent is good at (e.g., language detection, auto-translation).
     
  • Hire Button - Starts the process of hiring and configuring the agent.
     

2. Collections Sidebar

On the left side, you’ll find a Collections pane featuring curated sets of agents, such as:

  • HappyFox Picks – Recommended by the HappyFox team.
     
  • Most Popular – Agents most frequently hired by customers.
     
  • Other curated groups tailored for specific use cases or industries.
     

You can also filter agents by:

  • Collection
     
  • Skill (e.g., Auto-categorization, Sentiment Analysis)
     
  • Industry (e.g., E-commerce, IT Support)
     
  • Integration (e.g., Shopify, HubSpot)
     

 


Hiring an AI Agent

  1. Click Hire on the desired agent’s card.
     
  2. You’ll be taken to the agent’s Onboarding page, where you can configure its behavior and assign it to one or more categories.
     
    • Some agents can only be hired for a single category, while others can be configured across multiple categories simultaneously.
       
  3. After completing configuration, you’ll be redirected to a Deploy page to confirm activation.
     
  4. Click Deploy to finalize hiring - you’ll then be brought back to the “Hired Agents” page where you can manage all your hired agents.
     

Note: You can hire multiple instances of the same AI Agent. This allows you to configure each one differently to suit various workflows or categories.

 


Tips for Using the Marketplace

  • Use filters to quickly find agents relevant to your helpdesk’s workflow or industry.
     
  • Check the skill-level meter to gauge how sophisticated an agent’s capabilities are before hiring.
     
  • Explore HappyFox Picks for recommended agents to start with.
