In HappyFox Service Desk, you now have the option to generate a printer-friendly version of a ticket. This can be done for individual tickets or in bulk for multiple tickets. Additionally, this functionality allows you to create a PDF version of the ticket for documentation or sharing purposes.
To print an individual ticket at HappyFox Service Desk, follow these steps:

Log in to the HappyFox Service Desk account.

Choose the ticket type from the left pane

Open the ticket you want to print

Click the "more actions" menu in the top-right corner, and select "Print."
Note: Currently, printing multiple tickets is only supported for the Incident ticket type. To print multiple tickets, select the desired tickets from the incident listing page and click the print icon in the top-right corner.

A print preview of the ticket will open in a new tab.

Choose the information you want to include in the printout using the available filters

Note: The filters in the left pane will differ depending on the ticket type.

After selecting the desired information, click on "Print Ticket." Your browser's print dialog box will open, allowing you to adjust settings and confirm the print action.
