Integrating Azure Active Directory with Assist AI for Teams

This article provides step-by-step instructions on how to integrate Azure Active Directory (Azure AD) with Assist AI for Teams. By following these steps, administrators can seamlessly connect Azure AD accounts with Assist AI.

 

 

  • Navigate to the Assist AI admin web application.
  • Once logged in, locate and click on the "Apps" section in the navigation menu.
  • Within the Apps section, locate the Azure Active Directory app.
  • Click on the Azure Active Directory app to open its details.
  • Next, click on the Install button to initiate the installation process.
  • After clicking Install, you'll be prompted to grant necessary permissions to integrate Azure AD with Assist AI.
  • Review the permissions required and click on Grant Permissions to proceed.
  • Upon granting permissions, your Azure Active Directory account will be successfully integrated with Assist AI.
  • To enable quick action access for agents, toggle on the "Grant App Action" switch.
  • Add the required agents who will have access to perform quick actions within Assist AI on Teams.
  • With the integration complete, agents can now perform quick actions such as resetting passwords and managing user roles directly within Assist AI on Teams.
  • To view all available actions, click on View All Actions within the Azure Active Directory app page.
