Service portals in HappyFox Service Desk allows you to have multiple portals targeting different sets of requesters or in case a company supports multiple clients through one service desk account. You can customize your service portal, service catalog, and knowledge base for each of your portals. As a result of this you can have a centralized way of managing services and support for different use cases while your requesters or customers see information that is only relevant to them.

By default one service portal will be available for all pricing plans. Multiple service portals are available for Service Desk Enterprise and Enterprise Plus customers. Please visit HappyFox Service Desk pricing page for detailed limits on the number of portals you can create.
