You can make use of the HappFox Billing Portal to downgrade to a lower pricing plan or reduce your agent count. If you're looking to upgrade your plan or increase agent count, visit this link.
To perform these changes, navigate to your Billing Portal, visit your HappyFox Subscription details and click "Customize" adjacent to the Current plan. In the subsequent slider, you will be able to decrease your agent count and/or pricing plan. Billing term downgrade is currently not supported (annual to monthly).
Canceling a scheduled downgrade
You can cancel a scheduled downgrade before the billing cycle date. To do this, navigate to your billing portal, visit your HappyFox Subscription details and cancel the scheduled change. Canceling a scheduled change will not incur any costs if done before the billing cycle date.
