How to View Logs of an AI Agent’s Actions

The AI Agent Activity Page provides a detailed view of actions performed by your AI Agents.

It helps supervisors and managers track agent performance, monitor approvals, and audit AI-driven updates to tickets.

Accessing the Activity Page

  1. Navigate to the Hired Agents page in your account.

  2. Find the AI Agent whose activity you want to view.

  3. Click the “Activity” button on the agent’s card in the grid view.

    • This opens the AI Agent Activity Page for that specific agent.

Permissions: Only users with Manage Autopilot permission can access the activity page.

What You Can See

The page displays a table of all actions performed or suggested by the AI Agent. Each row represents a single action.

Column

Description

Ticket

The subject of the ticket. Clickable to open the permalink of the specific update in that ticket.

Action

The type of update performed by the agent (e.g., Private Note added, Tag added, Status changed).

Execution Status

Shows the current status of the action:

Completed At

Timestamp when the action was executed or completed.

How It Works

  • Supervised Mode Actions: If the agent operates in Supervised Mode, suggested actions may appear in the table as Waiting for approval until a human approves or cancels them.

  • Autopilot Mode Actions: All updates are applied automatically, showing Completed in the Execution Status.

  • Stacked Updates: Multiple actions from the same agent or multiple agents can appear for the same ticket, each tracked independently.

AI Agent Reports

A high level view of AI agent activity is also captured in Help Desk reports.

Dedicated AI Agent reports provide visibility into:

  • The number of actions and executions performed by each agent.
  • The number of tickets worked on by AI agents.

Key Notes

  • The activity table updates in real-time as agents perform or suggest actions.

  • This page is read-only; you cannot approve or cancel actions here. Approvals are handled in the AI Agent Approvals container on the ticket.

  • Useful for auditing AI activity and troubleshooting unexpected updates.
