Instantly Navigate HappyFox Helpdesk with Go To

The Go To feature in HappyFox Helpdesk allows you to navigate across different pages and subpages quickly using a simple keyboard shortcut or menu option.

Accessing the "Go To" Search:

You can open the Go To navigation search box using one of the following methods:
 

Keyboard Shortcut:

  • Press ⌘ + K (Mac) or Ctrl + K (Windows) to open the search box instantly.

Menu Option:

  • Click on the Go To / Navigate To button located at the top of the Menu.

Searching and Navigating:

  • Once the search box is open, start typing the title of the page or subpage you want to navigate to.

  • Press enter to go to a selected page.

  • Alternatively, you can use your mouse to scroll and click on a result.

Navigating to Frequently Used Actions

The "Go To" feature supports navigating to commonly used actions:

  • If opened anywhere in the app, you can search and navigate to the Create New Ticket form.

  • If opened within a ticket’s details page, you can navigate to ticket-specific actions, such as:

    • Forward Ticket

    • Print Ticket

    • Clone Ticket

    • Relate Ticket

    • Create New Related Ticket

Note: Only pages or actions that the user has access to will appear in the "Go To" search results.

Closing the Search Box:

To exit the search box, you can:

  • Click anywhere outside the search box.

  • Press the Esc key on your keyboard.

The "Go To" feature enhances productivity by making navigation seamless, ensuring you can find and access pages efficiently within HappyFox Helpdesk.
