Ticket Clone is now available for all Service Desk ticket types (Incident, Service Request, Problem, Change, and Release). When cloning a ticket, only the initial message from the original ticket will be carried over to the cloned ticket.
To clone a ticket:
- Open the Service Desk ticket you want to clone.
- Click on "More Actions" and then select the "Clone" option from the dropdown menu.

You will now be automatically redirected to the New Ticket form, where you can modify or fill in any additional fields as needed, and then proceed to create the new ticket.
