Audit logs let you track actions and changes made across your HappyFox Help Desk account, such as agent logins, permission changes, and updates to settings. They're useful for monitoring account activity and investigating potential security issues or internal misuse.
Types of audit logs
HappyFox Help Desk provides two levels of audit logging.
| Type | What's recorded |
|---|---|
| Basic audit logs | Agent login sessions with timestamps. |
| Advanced audit logs | Activity across Agents, Roles and Permissions, My Settings, Login & Logout, Agent Availability, Channels, Categories, Account Settings, Security, Smart Rules, Auto Assignment, SLA, Notifications, Custom Fields, Contacts, API/JWT/Webhook/SAML, Multi-brand, and Custom Domain. |
Basic audit logs are available on all plans.
Advanced audit logs available on Enterprise PRO Scale Scale Plus
