Disable Traditional Login Methods

If you have any SAML - based SSO configured in your HappyFox account, you can choose to enable/disable the traditional login methods.

Steps to Disable Traditional Logins:

• Log in to HappyFox as an agent.
• Navigate to the desired SAML based SSO app page. (Apps >> Single Sign on >> desired SAML SSO app.
• Under "Basic SAML Settings",
  • Disable standard login for agents toggle:
    • Enable if you want traditional login methods disabled for Agents.
  • Disable standard for contacts toggle:
    • Enable if you want traditional login methods disabled for contacts.
• Click "Save" to confirm.

This way, you can selectively choose to disable/enable traditional logins for both contacts and agents. When traditional login is disabled for  agents/contacts within a specific SSO app, it will disable the traditional login settings for the entire account. Disabling the traditional login in one SSO app will automatically disable the login in another app as well and vice versa.
