With a brand new design, several new features and improvements, HappyFox New is the latest version of HappyFox:

Note: If you are not seeing this option,  you are in HappyFox Classic version. Reach out to support.happyfox.com to upgrade to the latest version.

If you'd like to retain both HappyFox Classic and New experiences, please reach out to support.happyfox.com to enable the HappyFox version change toggle.

The following procedures are applicable for the HappyFox accounts where the "Version Change Toggle" has been enabled:

Switching from HappyFox Classic to HappyFox New:

1. Click on My Settings on the top band.

2. Under Basic Info, select Experience the New HappyFox and update the change. 

The agent would be taken to the My Settings page of HappyFox New. 

Switching back from HappyFox New to HappyFox Classic:

1. Click on the Avatar icon at the top right corner.

2. Click on Switch to classic HappyFox.
