HappyFox allows you to have Signatures specific to Categories and Agents.

As an agent, you might want to personalize your email signature that goes out to customers while adding an update on a ticket. Besides, you can set up signatures exclusive to the categories.
Agent Signature:
To set Agent signature, navigate to Profile > My Settings > Basic Info
The agent signature will not appear in your update in the HappyFox ticket. It automatically gets appended to the email that goes out, via the merge field {{staff_signature}} included in the email notification template.

Category Signature:
To set Category Signature, navigate to Main Menu > Manage > Categories > Choose respective category > Edit Advanced Settings > Category Signature
