Print Incident Ticket

In HappyFox Service Desk, now you have the ability to generate a printer-friendly version of an incident ticket. This can be done either individually or in bulk for multiple tickets. Additionally, you can use this functionality to create a PDF version of the ticket for further documentation or sharing purposes.

 

To print an individual ticket at HappyFox Service Desk, follow these steps:  

  • Log in to HappyFox Service Desk. 

  • Go to the "Incidents" section in the left pane.

  • Open the specific ticket you wish to print.

  • Click the "more actions" menu in the top-right corner, then select "Print."
     


 

Note: To print multiple tickets, select the desired tickets from the incident listing page and click the print icon in the top-right corner.
 


 

  • A print preview of the ticket will open in a new tab.

  • Choose the information you want to include in the printout using the available filters:

    • Requester Info 

    • Additional Info (Ticket Info) 

    • Incident Info 

    • Resolution 

    • Replies 

    • Private Notes 

    • Original Messages 

    • Activity Log 


 

  • After selecting the desired information, click on "Print Ticket." Your browser's print dialog box will open, allowing you to adjust settings and confirm the print action.
